CARRÉmix Ultra Express Repair beige is a fast curing and elastic methyl acrylate. It is particularly suitable for hoof repairs, horn wall reconstruction as well as the application of steel, aluminum and plastic shoes.

CARRÉmix Ultra Express Repair has a setting time of approx. 90 - 120 seconds and is loadable after approx. 5 minutes.

The product reaches a temperature of about 90°C during processing, which must be taken into account especially when the horn layers are thin. In these cases, it is recommended to apply in layers until the desired thickness is achieved.

Ultra Express Repair should be stored as cool as possible at 4-8°C to increase the minimum shelf life. Temperature and humidity can affect the speed of application.

Use opened cartridges within 3 months.

You can mix Ultra Express Repair using a wooden spatula and cup and apply to the hoof, or you can apply the product directly using a dispensing gun and mixing nozzle.

CARRÉmix Ultra Express Repair should only be used in well ventilated areas or outdoors. The regulartions for the safe use of diisocyanates must be complied with.
